Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Account information you provide (email address, name), portfolio and watchlist data you enter, risk questionnaire responses, AI conversation history, and standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To operate your account, calculate portfolio metrics, generate AI research responses, enforce plan usage limits, secure the service, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Your questions and the relevant portions of your stored data may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. Do not include information you would not want processed by a third-party provider.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security so that records are readable only by the account that owns them. Transport is encrypted in transit.
Data retention and deletion
You may delete your portfolios, watchlists, conversations and reports at any time. Deleting your account removes associated records, subject to any retention required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@investadvisors.org.
